Introducing the Texas Hearts Foundation S.A.V.E.R. Program! Skills And Vital Emergency Response, a new Texas Hearts Foundation initiative dedicated to building safer, more prepared communities through CPR, AED, and emergency response education.

The S.A.V.E.R. Program provides CPR and AED training, Hands-Only CPR awareness, AED familiarization, and community preparedness opportunities designed to help individuals gain the knowledge and confidence to respond during a cardiac emergency.

Whether you’re a school, church, youth or professional sports organization, nonprofit, business, or community group, our goal is simple: empower more people to take action when every second matters.

Together, we can strengthen emergency preparedness, increase lifesaving knowledge, and help create communities that are ready to respond.

The world's game brings together nations, cultures, and communities from every corner of the globe. While teams compete on the field, one thing unites us all: every heart matters.

Sudden Cardiac Arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere, regardless of age, language, or nationality. That's why Texas Hearts Foundation is recognizing CPR & AED Awareness Week by sharing Hands-Only CPR steps in multiple languages throughout the tournament. A simple action by a bystander can help save a life when every second matters.

❤️ Hands-Only CPR:
1️⃣ Call 911 if you see a teen or adult suddenly collapse.
2️⃣ Push Hard and Fast in the Center of the Chest to the beat of a familiar song that has 100 to 120 beats per minute.

for Texas Hearts at the Capitol and CPR & AED Awareness Week Begins Today! 🚨🩵

Sudden Cardiac Arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere, at any time. More than 350,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occur each year in the United States, and nearly 90% are fatal without immediate intervention. ❤️‍🩹

This week, we'll be sharing information with you & at the Texas State Capitol about funding for CERPs, CPR, AEDs, community preparedness, advocacy efforts, and how everyday people can help save lives. One person trained in CPR and one accessible AED can make all the difference when every second matters. 🙏🏼⚡️⛑️
