You are cordially invited for the Breathwork and Meditation session (LIVE and at NO CHARGE) for 40 minutes. It will be an experiential session.
You will experience how just a few minutes of Breathwork and Meditation can help you feel calm, relaxed, focussed and helps reduce stress, anxiety, depression!
In this 40-minute session, you will:
• Learn a calming breathing technique to quiet and relax the mind
• Experience guided meditation to effortlessly cut the cycle of thoughts, leaving your mind focused, clear, and stress-free
• Understand well-being through practical tools to enhance mental clarity, boost immunity, and foster peace of mind
• This is also an Introduction to the Sahaj Samadhi Meditation program to learn personal Meditation technique.
