Big Exam Energy! 🎓✨

It is officially exam season for many students! We know our kids have been working hard all year, and we want to help them cross the finish line with confidence.

Parents and students, save these three quick tips to keep the stress low and the grades high:
- The 25-Minute Rule: Set a timer for 25 minutes of focus, then take a 5-minute break. It’s better for your brain than pulling an all-nighter!

- Talk it Out: Don't just read your notes—say them out loud! Teaching the material to a friend (or even your pet) is the best way to make sure it sticks.

- Rest to Remember: Sleep isn't a luxury; it’s a study tool. Reviewing your hardest concepts right before bed helps your brain "save" that info while you sleep.
