Someone has erroneously removed a deer - head, body, and hips - possibly thinking it was part of the free 3D animal parts lying on the ground. It was located by the container.

IBA Members

We had a beautiful day last Saturday and a number of members came out to shoot the 3D course.

Our plan is to have another club 3D shoot after the next TBOT on Saturday, June 13.

The Doug Girard Whitetail shoot and garage sale will take place on Sat, Sept. 12.

The 3D animal parts lying on the ground are available for you to take until March 22. After that time, they will be placed in the dumpster and emptied.

Speaking of the dumpster, we are still having a problem w/ people bringing trash from home and filling the dumpster. We would appreciate not only refraining from this, but policing by our members to discourage this from happening. If this continues, we will raise the membership fees to cover the increased cost.

Come out and shoot !! The range is ready for you !!

IBA Members!

CLUB 3D SHOOT THIS SATURDAY, MARCH 14, 2026!!!

First, a big shout out and thank you to Scott Stockton, Ricco Rivera,
and Joel Palmer for their help assisting Lambert, Delano, and Colby in
setting up our 3D course.

The TBOT shoot was rained out on Saturday, but had a beautiful day
Sunday with a good turnout.

Before we break down the course, we want the entire membership to have
an opportunity to shoot it, so this coming Saturday is the day!!

No fee, no lunch, gate opens at 8am, animals picked up at 2:30pm.
Score cards are available if you want one. Bring the family, bring a
friend - it should (I hope) be a pretty day. Get some practice in and
have fun!

I live in Fairview(Country Club and Stacy). I'm looking for a member close to me that has a pickup truck or a trailer that can transport two 4' x 4' x 2' Morrell targets and a backstop to IBA. I have attached photos. I will personally provide compensation.

President's Message

Fellow IBA members

We are close to the start of our 2026 archery season.

Thanks to Ron Turner and George King, all of our practice and Field
target bales have been repaired or replaced and ready to go.

Thanks to Lambert Lopez, Delano Carniero, Colby Van Sickler and
others, the 3D practice and tournament ranges are ready to go.

Our first tournament will be TBOT, Saturday and Sunday, March 7-8.
Start times will be 8 am. More details on the TBOT website.

IBA has added another 3D tournament, Friday, October 2nd, 8-12 am for
the Carson Leslie Foundation - more details later.

Our 1st membership work party will take place Saturday, March 21,
8am-noon. We will trim all shooting lanes, clean up the pavilion
grounds, spread the remaining road rock, and any other needed repairs
as time permits.

Fellow IBA members

We are beginning to ramp up for the 2026 outdoor season. Thanks to those who helped Saturday to clean out and re-organize the container. We will have another work party in late February to prepare for our 1st TBOT in early March - more details to come.

Included below is our 2026 calendar of events as of today - there are a few more events to finalize. The calendar is also included on our website.

We have received reports of fi****ms on the range - all fi****ms are forbidden anywhere on the property at all times.

There is also evidence of outside trash placed in the dumpster - again, this is strictly forbidden. It costs $500 to have the dumpster emptied.

The crossbow area is at broadhead #3 lane. Signage is pending. That broadhead target is compatible with crossbow bolts, but ALL other targets are off-limits. Bring your own block target(s) and use the backstop bale if you wish.

Be on the lookout for your dues renewal notification.

Fellow IBA members,
Happy New Year! It is time to get ready for the upcoming archery season. We are calling a work party for Saturday morning, January 10, 2026, at 9 AM so that we can re-organize our containers and store some new equipment. Depending on the turnout and the length of time it takes to complete this task, we may also check out the range, assess the animal targets and do some light trimming. We should be completed by 12 noon. Come if you can.

Happy Holidays!

I hope your hunting season is going well; mine has been pretty slow.

The Board is getting geared up for 2026 -
Targets are being repaired and /or replaced.
The shoot calendar is coming together.
We are developing a crossbow area at Broadhead range 3.
The yellow inserts on that broadhead target are adequate for crossbows.
Also, you may bring your own target and use the backstop that is there.
We will no longer allow crossbows on the practice range.

Be on the lookout for a gate combination change on Jan 1.

Included is the first draft of the 2026 calendar - dates are subject to change.
