KOZ Crossroads Canton - Kids Outdoor Zone

This Saturday we will be having our monthly KOZ gathering at our normal location. We will be meeting from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Look forward to you boys being here. Our age is 8 years old till 18 years old. The leader is Steve Smith and you can call or text him at 2140770-2003

It’s that time again! Sping campout is tomorrow Friday 6pm May 2. We’re expecting the rain to have passed leaving behind a perfect night under the stars. Bring all your camping and fishing gear.

Another Awsome day for Crossroads Canton KOZ!!
The boys took to the sky’s over Canton Tx with “ The Young Eagles” at Van Zandt County Airport. The kids and pilots were blessed with a Beautiful day with perfect weather. A huge Thank You to all the pilots and airport staff for having us out today.

Schedule change for April KOZ event. The Young Eagles event scheduled for April 6 has been re-scheulded for Saturday April 12, 8a-11a. We will meet at Crossroads Church at 7:30a and drive to Wills Point airport to meet The Young Eagles and Pilots. Following this the boys will take to the air to experience a flight over the local area around. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Fall 2024 campout was a blast, the weather was perfect with no shortage of things to do. Big James did an awsome job cooking dinner and not so big James did an awsome job with breakfast this morning. We even got in a movie “The Forge” following dinner, then for some of the boys it was out to the back pasture to see if any pigs could be spotted. Though no pigs were spotted the boys did get in plenty of fishing time.

Reminder!! Tomorrow is our annual campout at Steve’s place. Be there Friday between 5p and 6p and don’t forget a change of clothes, hat, flashlight’s sturdy tennis shoes or walking boots, tent, fishing poles, pillows and blankets as needed. Parents, pickup is at 12 noon Saturday. Hope to see everyone tomorrow.
