Hi, UAW friends. A lot of you have been sharing posts about marks on ballots. In Texas, your ballot must be signed by an election official at the vote center in order to be valid. Election officials can either sign in pen or use a stamp. This has been a requirement for many years. A link to the Texas Administrative Code detailing this is below. Solidarity!!!

This week we had a CAP Conference here at Local 848. Discussing many issues about the upcoming Elections this November, and the importance of our Union to make our vote count. Had a new Cap Council Eboard elected as well. Also had important words spoken to us from our Director of Region 8 Tim Smith, and our Asst. Director George Palmer. SOLIDARITY!!! ✊🏻
