ICAE shows up for the community!!! 📚

This weekend ICAE was proud to have a table at the Texas Native Health Back2School Education Fair — a wonderful community event serving Pre-K through college students with school supplies, vendors, snacks and more.

Our team handed out goody bags and had a little fun with the school bus photo prop along the way! 🚌😄

Thank you to Texas Native Health for hosting and for always creating space for our community to come together. Partnerships like this are what community looks like in action.

ICAE showed up and showed out for Pride Month! 🌈❤️✊🏽

Our National President & CEO Janine Vaughn joined over 100 friends and neighbors at the 3rd annual Mansfield Pride Picnic & Potluck this weekend — and what a beautiful celebration it was!

That banner says everything we need to say: HUMAN. 🙌🏽

Happy Pride from your ICAE family! 🌈🦅❤️

Happy Father's Day from ICAE! 💙

Today we honor all fathers — and especially the Indigenous fathers who carry their culture, their traditions, and their love forward through their children every single day.

In many Indigenous cultures, fathers are the protectors of the family, the keepers of knowledge, and the quiet strength that holds everything together. That role is sacred.

To every dad showing up for their family — in big ways and small — we see you. We honor you. We celebrate you today.

Continuing to shine. 💎

ICAE is so proud of Matty, our ICAE Princess, who represented us beautifully at the Coushatta Powwow Princess Breakfast. Grace, confidence, and heart — exactly what we hoped for in a representative of ICAE.

Thank you Matty for all you continue to bring to this role. 🦅❤️

ICAE was in the building! 🦅❤️

Last week, AT&T hosted the Employee Group Leadership Academy and ICAE was proud to have leaders represented from across the country. Dennis joined from Atlanta, Kristen from the S Carolina, and Erika all the way from LA.

Being an organization that operates nationally means our team is always connected — but there is something irreplaceable about being together in person. This week reminded us of that.

The icing on the cake? Getting to reconnect with ICAE's beloved former National President Rachel N Carlos Salinas . Some bonds will never fade 💙

Thank you to AT&T and the Culture & Employee Experience teams for creating space for EG leaders to grow, connect, and show up even stronger for their communities, and most of all--- the customers we serve!

Happy Earth Day from ICAE! 🌍

This beautiful cardinal was captured right here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area by ICAE National President & CEO Janine Vaughn — a reminder that nature's beauty surrounds us, even in the middle of our busy lives, if we slow down enough to notice.

For Indigenous peoples, the earth is not a resource to be managed. It is a relative to be respected. Every tree, every bird, every body of water carries meaning and deserves our care.

On this Earth Day, ICAE honors that relationship and encourages all of us — regardless of background — to pause, look around, and recommit to protecting the world we share.

ICAE shows up for the community — all of it. 🧑🏽‍🎓

Recently, ICAE National President & CEO Janine Vaughn had the privilege of representing the Inter-Tribal Council of AT&T Employees at the Dream Opportunity Workshop Day — a dynamic career exposure event co-hosted with the Dallas Innovation Alliance and powered by AT&T Believes. Special Thanks to Texas Native Health who gave us gathering space 🙏🏾

The event brought together students from all walks of life for an evening of career exploration, real talk from industry professionals, and the kind of inspiration that stays with you. ICAE was proud to be present and to represent not just our community, but the broader belief that investing in the next generation is something we all have a stake in.

This is what community looks like in action. This is what ICAE stands for.

150 years ago today, the first telephone call was made. A moment that changed how the world connects — and connection has always been at the heart of who we are.

Proud to mark this milestone as part of the AT&T family. Happy 150th. 📞

The first phone call sparked the creation what is now the largest advanced converged network that connects Americans to the internet faster than ever.
