Leadership Lumpkin County is a community awareness/community education program designed to acquaint existing and emerging community leaders with current and future issues, needs, services and resources of Lumpkin County. It requires commitment and time from class members, but, in return, offers a substantive education on the inner workings and resources of our county! Leadership Lumpkin was design

ed over 30 years ago to be a springboard for those interested in volunteering their time to community service. In addition to learning about what makes our county prosperous, participants get to meet the community leaders who make things happen. Class members also have a year to get to know each other, develop business associations, and forge new friendships.
