Fall is prime time for TNR! 🐱🍂 Kitten season will be slowing down ever-so-slightly, so it's safer to trap without separating nursing moms. Mild weather means easier, more comfortable recovery for cats post-surgery. And every cat fixed now is one less at-risk during the harsh winter months ahead.

What are your TNR and community cat caretaking tips for the fall weather? Drop them in the comments below ⬇️

Senior cats are the most underrated pets out there. They're not going to shred your curtains or keep you up at 3am, they just want a warm lap and someone to love. 🫶 What you see is what you get with an older cat: their personality is already set, so no surprises, just a good companion who's calm, affectionate, and easy to live with.

Sadly, senior cats are usually the last ones picked. That's why all senior cats over 8 years old have waived adoption fees at Furkids, 365 days a year! 🎉 If you've got room on your couch, consider a senior. They give back more than people expect. 🧡 Learn more about these super sweet & adoptable senior cats at furkids.org/cat-adoptions!
