Dragonflies spend half their life in the water as nymphs, eating mosquito larvae.
When the adults emerge from below, they pump up their wings and catch & eat mosquitoes right out of the air.

What is the KBCGA? ⚓ We are a team of hard-working friends and neighbors dedicated to giving back to Crystal River.

Today, we proved it by knocking out our Adopt-a-Highway trash pick-up AND our Kings Bay in-water clean-up all in one long, hot day! Land or water, we’re keeping our community beautiful. 🌊🗑️
