Whatever the circumstances, we can assist you on the bumpy road to becoming a good parent! Empowering Teens as Parents (ETAP) is a program that offers home and school based visits to pregnant and parenting teens throughout Lake County. Our program includes developmental screenings for your baby and monthly personal visits where we help connect you to prenatal and well-child care. Playgroup and gro

up connections are offered throughout the month in order to link families to community support. Take advantage of home and school-based services and resources with professional Parent Educators (PEs) and Family Support Specialists (FSSs) - Long titles for people who will become trusted friends as we guide and support you.
