As we prepare to wrap up February and celebrate Rare Disease Awareness, we are reminded of the millions of families navigating life with rare conditions every single day. 💜

On Rare Disease Day, we honor the strength, resilience, and courage of the families impacted and we recommit ourselves to supporting them in meaningful, lasting ways.

At Emberly’s Smiles, we believe every child deserves connection, laughter, and friendship. One of the ways we help is by providing communication boards to communities and playgrounds, giving children with communication challenges the tools they need to play, express themselves, and share joy with their peers.

Inclusion isn’t just about access — it’s about belonging.

Every child deserves the chance to laugh, play, and make friends 💜 and together, we can make that possible.

Our nonprofit is dedicated to helping children with special needs access playgrounds designed for inclusion, connection, and joy. Every share, like, comment, and donation helps a child experience laughter, friendship, and belonging.

Emberly would have been a teenager this year!!! Like any teenager, she would have wanted to talk with friends, share stories, laugh at jokes, and be part of conversations.

If you saw her stories in our last post, you know her eyes and energy told a story she couldn’t share with words because she was nonverbal. Her spirit continues to inspire this mission every single day.

I mean- LOOK at these eyes!

Through tools our nonprofit helps provide (like communication boards) children can have a voice, connect with others, and build the friendships every child deserves!
