Hi Ladies! Kristin Flores Brockman, here! 💕

We had 2 big announcements this morning at CLNK.

#1 Beginning in August, CLNK will be meeting twice a month instead of weekly. We'll meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, with A Faith Filled Knot immediately following.

#2 I, Kristin Brockman, am taking a BIG step back from CLNK. I have started working on my Appraisal License. This is an extremely difficult and time consuming license to obtain, therefore, I am shifting my priorities and responsibilities. I can and WILL still be working as a Realtor, but after a lot of prayer, I truly feel God telling me, "It's time." 🩷

Because of that, I'm shifting my priorities and responsibilities so I can give this next chapter my full attention. I'll absolutely continue serving my real estate clients as a Realtor, but my focus outside of that will be on completing my appraisal training.

I want to thank each of you for your friendship, encouragement, and support over the years. I wish every one of you continued success in your businesses and can't wait to see all that God has in store for you.

Today Jennifer Ojala Woods led a powerful discussion on something many of us struggle with: creating margin in our lives.

Between work, family, responsibilities, and the constant pressure to keep going, it’s easy to fill every minute of every day and leave little room for ourselves. Jennifer challenged us to slow down, reflect on our personal values, identify what fills us up, recognize what drains us, and intentionally create “white space” in our schedules.

She didn’t just give us a presentation—she gave us homework. 📖

Through thoughtful reflection exercises, we were encouraged to evaluate our priorities, create healthier boundaries, reconnect with our purpose, and make room for rest, growth, and joy.

One question that stuck with many of us was:

💭 What fills you up?
And just as importantly…
💭 What drains you most?

Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves, our families, and our businesses is to pause long enough to answer those questions honestly.

Thank you, Jennifer, for reminding us that self-care isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. 💛

Yesterday was another great Mingle Monday filled with coffee, conversations, laughter, and connections. 💛

One of the things we love most about this group is that every woman who walks through the door brings a unique story, experience, and perspective to the table.

Some conversations are about business.
Some are about life.
Some turn into collaborations.
And some turn into lasting friendships.

No matter where you are in your journey, there is always a seat at the table and someone willing to encourage you along the way.

These weekly gatherings are a reminder that success doesn’t have to be a solo journey. We grow stronger when we learn from one another, support one another, and celebrate each other’s wins.

Here’s to showing up, building meaningful connections, and creating a community where women can thrive together. 💫

Today’s open discussion centered around something we hear often in the business world:

“Collaboration over competition.”

But let’s be honest…

If collaboration is so powerful, why is it sometimes so difficult?

Fear of rejection?
Fear of someone taking your idea?
Lack of trust?
Past experiences?
Feeling like there isn’t enough success to go around?

As women entrepreneurs, we’ve all probably felt one of these at some point.

The beautiful thing about today’s conversation was realizing that when we choose collaboration, we often grow faster, learn more, and create opportunities that wouldn’t exist on our own. 💛
