Trail Life USA Troop Tn-0419 Trail Life USA is a Christ-centered, boy-focused character leadership adventure program for boys & young men aged 5-17.

We aim to guide generations of courageous young men to honor God, lead with integrity, serve others, and experience outdoor adventure. Trail Life USA is a Church-Based, Christ-Centered, Boy-Focused mentoring and discipleship journey that speaks to the heart of a boy. With over 40,000 boys engaged in more than 1,100 Troops
nationwide, male mentors guide boys through a character-building experience

from Kindergarten to 12th grade. Established on timeless values derived from the Bible and set in the context
of outdoor adventure, our objective is to help boys grow in character, understand their purpose,
serve their community, and develop practical leadership skills to carry out the mission for which
they were created. Adventure is at the heart of the Trail Life USA program. Acknowledging boys’ love for hiking,
camping, fishing, tree-climbing, story-telling, and s’mores around campfires, weekly meetings are
held outside whenever possible and are designed to delight the raucous, rowdy, unruly nature of
a boy. Trailmen engage in hands-on experiences that develop character, deepen faith, and hone
practical skills.

The reality is that males and females are fundamentally different in many ways – physically, emotionally, and in their relationships. Pretending otherwise in the name of progress or permissiveness might be culturally acceptable, but it does both sexes a disservice. Boys and girls deserve unique programs created with their specific needs in mind.

Trail Life USA is where boys thrive! A robust outdoor adventure program growing character and leadership in boys and young men, we are proud to partner with the American Heritage Girls - an organization that offers an adventurous program designed uniquely for girls that nurtures women of integrity through service to God, family, community, and country.

This is our first year as a Troop with Trail Life USA! We want to thank our Charter Organization Oak Hill Baptist Church for allowing us to be able to open Troop TN-0419. If you have sons and are interested in learning more of what Trail Life USA is and does for young boys, our Open House will be held September 17th at Oak Hill Baptist Church. Meeting times are from 5pm to 8pm with a family meal beginning at 5pm.

Come with TN-0419 at our Open House on Tuesday September 17th at Oak Hill Baptist Church in Crossville, TN.
