Our June Mini Basketball Camp for upcoming 1st and 2nd graders was a success!

We had young athletes join us for two nights of learning, competing, and having fun while developing their basketball fundamentals.

PELL CITY CHURCH LEAGUE MINI-CAMPS ARE HERE!

We’re excited to announce our upcoming Basketball Mini-Camps for young athletes in our community!

These camps are designed to help players grow their skills, build confidence, learn teamwork, and most importantly — have FUN in a positive and encouraging environment.

Camp Focus Areas:
✔️ Basketball Fundamentals
✔️ Teamwork & Sportsmanship
✔️ Fun Games & Competitions

Whether your child is brand new to basketball or already loves the game, these camps are a great opportunity to learn and improve!

We are offering 2 sessions for each age group throughout the summer.
1st–2nd Grade: June 9 - 10 and July 7 - 8 | 6 - 7:30 PM
3rd–6th Grade: June 23 - 24 and July 21 - 22 | 6 - 8 PM

The inaugural Pell City Church League men’s basketball season has officially come to a close. It wasn’t perfect, but week by week we learned, adjusted, and continued getting better. More importantly, before every game we spent time talking about what it means to become more Godly men — on and off the court.

The competition in the championship game absolutely didn’t disappoint. Good Slamaritans and Full Court Fellowship battled hard from start to finish, with Full Court Fellowship pulling out a hard-fought 62–57 victory to become this season’s champions.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this season possible — the officials, those who opened the gym, ran the clock, kept the book, and everyone behind the scenes who served each week. And thank you to every team and player who competed this season.

This league was about more than basketball. It was about fellowship, accountability, competition with character, and pointing men toward Christ. We’re already looking forward to what next season will bring.

🏆 CHAMPIONSHIP NIGHT 🏆

Tonight at 6:00 PM at Cropwell Baptist Church, Full Court Fellowship will face off against the Good Slamaritans for the championship.

Two teams. One title.

Last night's Semi-Final games were absolutely electric.

The Patriots came into their matchup with only 5 players and no substitutes, but that didn’t stop them from battling from start to finish. They managed to keep the game competitive throughout, showing incredible toughness and heart. But in the final minutes, the Good Slamaritans pulled away to secure their spot in the championship game.

The rematch between the BoonJoppy’s and Full Court Fellowship was a completely different story from their first meeting earlier this season. The first time around, Full Court Fellowship handed the BoonJoppy’s a tough 20-point loss. This time, it was anyone’s game all the way down to the final buzzer.

Both teams found themselves in the bonus late in the game, and every possession mattered. In the end, Full Court Fellowship knocked down a few clutch free throws to seal an extremely narrow victory and advance to the championship.
