Although today is April Fools’ Day, ice safety is no joke. This is why we continue to update our ice rescue equipment and regularly train for ice emergencies. Even though some lakes still have over 20 inches of ice, that does not mean the ice is safe. Conditions can change quickly, and hidden weak spots can form without warning. Please use caution and stay safe on the ice. ❄️🚒
