We EQUIP, EMPOWER and CREATE MOMENTUM for evolving Christian female leaders ages 24 to 37 to positively impact the world through evidence-based leadership training, coaching, and mentorship. (TLC) is an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) public benefit nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes. TLC offers a 10-month Leadership Program to provide leadership training, coaching, mentorship, and educational resources to next-generation female leaders at no cost to selected applicants. We deliver a transformative curriculum-based construct with high-level Christian discipleship to grow and shape future generations of women leaders and facilitate leadership maturation, community engagement, and life skills competencies.
