🥎🔥 HIGH HEAT 10U COLLECTIVE – IMPORTANT ROSTER & PLAYING TIME INFORMATION! 🔥🥎

The roster is officially SET, and uniforms are in the works! 🎉

I wanted to share some general information for our new High Heat families and a reminder for those who have played with us before.

🥎 POOL PLAY
During pool play, EVERY girl will get playing time, and EVERY girl will be in the batting lineup!

This is your player’s opportunity to shine! Show us your hustle, effort, attitude, skills, and what you can bring to the team. We want every girl to have the chance to show what she’s capable of!

🏆 BRACKET PLAY
When we move into bracket play, things become more competitive.

Playing time and positions will be earned based on performance, effort, attitude, and what gives our team the best opportunity to compete.

We will put the lineup and defense on the field that we feel gives us the strongest chance to win and advance.

Substitutions will absolutely happen when needed or when the score and game situation allow, but equal playing time is NOT guaranteed during bracket play.

🩷🩵 OUR GOAL
We are a collective, and we want these girls to have FUN, make new friends, gain experience, and get extra reps on the field.

However, we are also entering a competitive tournament, and when bracket play begins, our goal is to put our best team on the field and finish as strong as possible.

We want girls who are ready to work hard, support their teammates, cheer from the dugout, and understand that being part of a team means contributing whether you’re on the field or on the bench.

⚠️ PARENTS – PLEASE READ
I want to be completely transparent about these expectations BEFORE tournament day so there are no surprises or misunderstandings.

If you feel this approach to playing time may be an issue for you or your player, please reach out to me now. I will gladly refund the fees you’ve paid and offer the roster spot to another interested player.

There are no hard feelings! We understand that every family has different expectations, and we want everyone coming into this tournament on the same page.

🔥 Let’s have fun, compete hard, support one another, and bring the HIGH HEAT! 🥎🩷🩵
