Well… we thought we were done with golf outings for the year, but we just needed to make it an even 18 nonprofits supported with their 2026 golf outings! ⛳️

The Orrville Area Chamber of Commerce wanted to get in on the fun they had been missing, and we were happy to help!

For their upcoming outing, we provided them with a 3-in-1 divot tool, hat clip, and ball marker—a practical little giveaway that golfers can actually use on the course!❤️

We are so grateful for the opportunity to support local nonprofits and organizations through our makerspace and are excited to officially hit 18 golf outings supported in 2026! 🎉⛳️

The Wayne County Historical Society needed signage for several memorial plaques recognizing the individuals whose hard work, dedication, and support have helped make the Historical Society a better place. 🗝📜

We were happy to help bring their vision to life by creating signage that honors these individuals and celebrates the lasting impact they have made on the Wayne County Historical Society and our community. 💚

We don’t create raffle baskets on a regular basis, but when we do, they are always so much fun! One of our favorite parts is coming up with a creative theme and then bringing that idea to life.

For the Women’s Service Club’s upcoming Bags & Beauty Bingo and Thing-o, we created two fun and unique baskets!

🛠️ Makerspace Experience Basket — Featuring some awesome 3D-printed toys and fidgets, along with a Stanley tumbler that can be brought back to the Makerspace for a personalized engraving!

📚 Book-Themed Basket — Everything inside this basket ties into the books and their themes, making it the perfect basket for any book lover!

As the Blue Tree Project of Wooster continues to grow, more individuals and businesses are wanting a blue tree to serve as a visible reminder to start conversations about mental health and help reduce the stigma surrounding it.

The Romich Foundation Makerspace was excited to 3D print more than 100 blue trees in partnership with our friend Luigi, who also printed 100 trees!🌳💙

With September being Su***de Prevention Month, we are especially excited to see these blue trees throughout our community, sparking meaningful conversations, encouraging people to check in on one another, and reminding everyone that it’s okay to talk about mental health. 💙

Every conversation has the potential to make a difference. Let’s continue working together to create a community where people feel supported, heard, and comfortable asking for help.

We love our collaboration with Illusions Screen Printing! ❤️

The Ashland County Fair recently partnered with Illusions for shirts for their first annual Special Needs Livestock Showmanship, and Illusions reached out to us to see if we could provide a product donation to support this incredible new opportunity. 🐷

Of course, we were excited to be involved! The Romich Foundation Makerspace created custom photo frames and keychains for the participants to help celebrate and remember this special experience. 🐄💙

We are so grateful for partners like Illusions Screen Printing who see an opportunity to make a difference and bring us along to help support our community. We can’t wait to see this event continue to grow in the years to come!

Some of the 2026 Wayne County Junior Fair Awards are ready to shine! 🏆✨

From wood and sublimation to leather, UV-printed clipboards, and drinkware, each award is one-of-a-kind and specially designed with each winner in mind. We love getting to create unique pieces that celebrate the hard work, dedication, and accomplishments of our Junior Fair participants! 🐑🐖🐓

Best of luck to all of the 2026 Wayne County Junior Fair participants — we can’t wait to see you in action and celebrate all of your hard work with these amazing awards! 🏆🐄🌟

While making any project, you’re bound to have a few mess-ups along the way!
We had some water bottles where the Wayne County Fair logo turned out great on one side, but the other side didn’t turn out as planned. Rather than let those bottles go to waste, we got creative! 🐴

We added fun animal stickers over the imperfect side, giving the bottles a little extra personality while still allowing the Wayne County Fair to use them for what they see fit.

Habitat for Humanity and Rails to Trails are partnering for an upcoming 5K/10K fundraiser at the end of September! 🏃‍♀️

To commemorate the event and celebrate the incredible community support, each participant will receive a custom medal. 🏅

We were excited to help bring these medals to life and support two great organizations coming together to make a difference in our community. 👟🎉

It may be National Dog Day, but we couldn’t wait until National Cat Day in October to share some Tilly highlights with you! 🐱

Tilly, the Romich Foundation Makerspace’s number-one employee, mascot, and professional sleeper, never has a dull moment. From supervising the Makerspace to catching up on some serious napping, she always keeps us entertained!

She also wanted to make sure to include her new friend, Mr. Groundhog, in her photo highlights. 🐾

The Tri-County Educational Service Center needed new school signs for the art building at the Wayne County Fairgrounds to clearly identify where each school district’s artwork will be displayed. 🎡🎨✏️

Using our new UV printer, we created 17 custom signs representing all of the school districts in Wayne County. These signs will help visitors easily identify and navigate the artwork displays throughout the building.

🎉 Happy 1-Year Work Anniversary! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Jayla Winkler and one whole year of being part of the Romich Foundation Makerspace team! 🛠️💚

Over the past year, Jayla has brought hard work, creativity, and a great attitude to everything she does. We’re so grateful for all the time, effort, and dedication she's put into helping our Makerspace grow and supporting the projects we take on throughout our community.

Thank you, Jayla, for everything you do! We’re lucky to have you on our team and can’t wait to see what the next year brings! 🎉
