It’s First Responder Day
We would like to take a moment to honor a local First Responder who gave his all for this community. Please help us honor Chief Steve Wakefield’s memory by making his dream of a sustainable, resilient fire department that can continue to thrive and serve this community with pride, come true. You can help by voting YES on S, and encouraging all City residents to do the same.
This was indeed Chief’s dream and last request.

We could NOT afford to have a paid fire department!
We are so lucky to have these men and women who care enough about our community to GIVE their time and energy to protect our community. The only thing they ask in return is good safe equipment, apparatus and training. That is so little to pay for what we get.

Crescent City Fire and Rescue VOLUNTEER Firefighters have been busy running calls night and day. These men and women volunteer their time to save lives and property here in our community. THEY ARE NOT PAID FIREFIGHTERS! Please help keep them safe by voting YES on S!

Please Vote YES on S to save our beautiful swimming pool! Passing Measure S will allow our swimming pool to reopen and continue to offer life saving swimming lessons to the children in our community. We live between two major rivers and sit right on the edge of the great Pacific Ocean. Water safety is a major concern here in this community. Please vote YES on S to save the pool and keep our kiddos safe.
