Welcome the spring season together as we shed our cocoons and begin to spread our transformed wings. A space to reflect on the habits we’re releasing, the stories we’ve outgrown, and gently welcome in what’s ready to bloom within our lives 🌱

We will reflect together on old patterns we hold and old stories we tell ourselves that we are letting go of. We’ll paint wooden butterflies, bringing to life what our wings look like in this next version of ourselves - your interpretation, your expression, your reminder of what you’re stepping into.

Hey everyone 🤍

I’ve been working on creating an online space for women to heal at their own pace - with gentle guidance and the support of a like-minded community.

Inside the space, you’ll find reflection prompts, mindful classes, and everyday conversations centered around growth, healing, and connection.

I wanted to create something that feels safe.. a place where there is no pressure to rush the process or “get somewhere” faster - just the opportunity to show up as you are and take things one step at a time.

A little about me - my name is Gianna, but feel free to call me G 🌿
I’m a holistic wellness facilitator with a background in psychology and social-emotional learning. In the past, I have facilitated parent wellness groups, guided meditations, and expressive arts classes. Through my lived experiences, certifications, and training, I created this space to share what I’ve learned and bring together women who are in their own healing journeys.

This is a space where we connect, support one another, and grow - together.

Holding responsibilities, expectations, emotions, and the quiet weight no one else sees.

Ground & Bloom is an invitation to set that down.

To step onto the land, take a breath, and allow your nervous system to soften.
To move slowly, reconnect with your body, and listen inward.

Through mindfulness, expressive art, breathwork, and the grounding presence of the horses, this retreat offers space to release what you’ve been carrying and make room for something new.

A space to exhale.
A space to return to yourself.
A space to bloom.

This space was created with you in mind.

The retreat includes:
• A mindful nature walk through the land
• Expressive art: painting a flowerpot and planting an intention
• Guided breathwork beside the horses
• Reiki energy healing in nature
• Solo reflection time to explore the farm and integrate your experience
• Community connection in a supportive, grounding space

You’ll leave feeling more open, grounded, and connected to yourself - with space in your body and mind for whatever is ready to bloom next.

Some ways I practice mindfulness throughout my day ☝🏼

But seriously - the hardest part of practicing mindfulness is remembering to practice it - remembering to stay in the present moment and notice your surroundings. Notice the smells, textures, sounds. We are always on the go. Why not stop for a moment and take a deep breath in.

Notice what comes up in you as you pause for stillness. Check in. Tune in. What is your mind and body telling you? (Mine usually tells me I want chocolate chip cookies 🍪)

Maybe slowing down reminds you that not everything is an emergency. Maybe remembering to breathe lets your body know it will be okay. Maybe taking a moment for gratitude makes your heart shine brighter.

Slow down. Notice.

How do you create mindful moments throughout the day?
Do you take a moment to engage without distractions?
Do you take a moment to pause?
Do you take a moment to slow down?

We can be mindful when we look at these small moments in our lives that do not require rushing, but rather, require calmness and slowness.

• Spend an extra 3 minutes sipping your morning beverage
• Every hour do 3 cycles of box breathing
• Every chore that you complete like it’s an emergency, take your time with it and slow down.

There’s nowhere to rush to, there’s no finish line. Take your time getting there.

Be mindful of the moment you are in right now, stop focusing on the future and rushing to get there.
