Greetings Neighbors,

What: It’s time for another Renegade Mountain Potluck.

Why: An opportunity to socialize, visit, and get to know your neighbor.

Date: Saturday, September 19th, 2026
Time: 5-7pm
Location: Sports Park (Weather Permitting)
Alternate Location: Tom and Beverly Bauer’s house (3890 Renegade Mountain Parkway - the big A-frame house across from the Woodridge Condominiums by the water tower).

Incidentals: Please bring a dish of your choice and any beverage you may prefer although we will provide soft drinks, tea, water, paper plates, cups, napkins, and utensils. We will also have a grill available if you want to bring something to grill.

This Saturday: Volunteers Needed for RMCC Cold Patch Asphalt Project

The Renegade Mountain Community Club (RMCC) will be conducting a cold patch asphalt project this Saturday. We have purchased 22 tons of cold patch, and we have rented a roller and a bobcat. This project will be done completely by volunteers; we need your help!

When: Saturday, August 15 at 9:00 AM
Where: Meet at the top, near the German Houses
Provided: Cold water for all volunteers

Tools needed include:

Flat shovels
Steel rakes
Brooms

If you can bring any of these items, it would greatly help. If not, please still come, we will find a job for everyone!

Volunteers Needed: RMCC Cold Patch Asphalt Project – August 15, 2026!

All,

RMCC will be conducting a cold patch asphalt project. We have purchased 22 tons of cold patch, and we have rented a roller and a bobcat. This project will be done completely by volunteers; we need your help!

We have scheduled the work for Saturday, August 15 at 9:00 AM, with a backup date of August 22 if the weather does not cooperate. We will make that final call on Thursday, August 13, 2026.

This post is to notify you of our upcoming Quarterly Meeting. See Agenda above.

What: Next Quarterly Meeting of 2026 to discuss old and new business pertaining to Renegade Mountain Community Club.

When: Friday, July 10 at 6:00 PM (CDT)

Where: Crab Orchard City Hall at 388 Hebbertsburg Road, Crab Orchard, TN 37723

All property owners and residents of RMCC can attend and comment in the first 15 minutes; after the meeting starts only Members in Good Standing may remain in attendance.

Help Us Keep Our Roads Safe!

Dear Neighbors,

This is a friendly reminder that the speed limit on Renegade Mountain roads is 25 mph, unless otherwise posted by the RMCC. Some of our neighbors have graciously donated and posted signs to remind residents and visitors of this fact.

As the weather gets warmer and there is more traffic in our small community, it is especially important to be mindful of our speed limit. Our community is growing and we have more families with small children, hikers, bicycles and pets sharing the road.

Please be aware of your speed and give yourself extra time to drive up and down our beautiful community.

Dear RMCC Residents,

Our first 2026 RMCC Volunteer Day is scheduled for Saturday, April 11th, with a follow-up completion date of April 18th.

How to Participate:
If you can join us on the 11th, we would love to see you. If you can’t make it that day but still want to help, please use the link below to signup for any specific tasks you would like to volunteer to do and when you would like to do them.

Please use the link below to select a task and a date that works for your schedule. There are many additional projects that need attention & any help is greatly appreciated.

The Plan:
When: Saturday, April 11th at 9:00 AM
Meeting Point: Sports Park (end of Running Deer Ave)
Primary Task: Clearing sticks and rocks from mowing areas along Renegade Mtn. Pkwy to ensure safety and efficiency for the Spring mowing.

Additional Projects: Flowerbed beautification, entrance mowing and weed-eating, thorn-bush removal, berm weed-eating, and guardrail cleanup.

What to Bring: Please wear sturdy shoes, work gloves, and long pants. If you would like to help with weed-eating or mowing, please bring your own equipment. We will provide trash bags and water!

If you plan to plan to participate on April 11, please text or email Amber Garrison at (931) 337-2379 or [email protected] so we can start or assigning and organizing work teams.
