**About Gisèlle’s Garden:**
Gisèlle's Garden is a nonprofit organization founded to honor the life of Kaci Gisèlle Cyprian, a 19-month-old victim of police brutality. We encourage media outlets to cover such incidents with sensitivity, focusing on the human cost and the systemic failures that allowed this to happen, rather than sensationalizing or placing blame. Through community outreach, educational programs, and social justice initiatives, we strive to create a world where every child is safe, loved, and free from violence.
In Kaci’s memory, Gisèlle's Garden aims to support families affected by police and domestic violence providing space for healing and advocacy.
Our Mission:
- Raise awareness about police brutality and its impact on families and communities.
- Provide resources, support, and a safe space for those affected by violence.
- Promote justice and accountability in law enforcement practices.
- Create mom & youth-centered programs to foster resilience, education, and advocacy.
- create A free community Closet to help victims of police, domestic , or family violence ease into transition without worry of clothing.
- Harvesting a community garden through client participation gaining life altering money saving skills while grounding self with Earth for spiritual healing.
