Newton Partnership- A Georgia Family Connection Collaborative Healthy, literate people thriving in a responsive, inclusive community The Board of Commissioners serves as the Partnership's fiscal agent.

NCCP was established in 1996 by resolutions of the Newton County Board of Commissioners and City Council of Covington, GA, to serve as the County's official planning and advocacy body for children, youth and families. The Partnership-a public/private partnership- has successfully leveraged resources on behalf of children and families.

Due to supply chain issues, the Covington Turner location will be closed until October 1, 2024.

The Porter location will still be open for in-house library services. Our book-drops are open 24/7 at BOTH Covington- Turner and Porter if you need to return library materials. Our electronic resources will be available 24/7 on our website: www.newtonlibraries.org

Don’t forget to check our website for programs at Porter too! We are looking forward to seeing you all again soon! Thanks for your patience and understanding.
