We’re reaching out to ask for your help in identifying community representatives for the Infant Health Action Team, which is the Community Consortium for Strong Beginnings-Healthy Start.

We’re looking for Black and Latine parents or caregivers, currently parenting or caring for a child 5 years old or younger, to provide input on initiatives improving community health and addressing racial inequalities in Kent County.

No experience is needed beyond their lived experiences as parents or caregivers—just a desire to share their voice and make a difference.
