I spy with my little eye 👁️, a pride of ALFA Lynx 🐾 serving dessert tonight at the last team dinner for the Bigs.

As a special THANK YOU to my amazing parent volunteers this season, Danielle DeSantiago, Maggie Sobczyk-Barron, Brittney Cunard and Lynn Lyons I asked if their players would like to come volunteer and they graciously accepted! We are hoping to continue to be able to offer more of these types of interactions next year with more volunteer opportunities!!

Tomorrow night is Senior Night and the last home game for the Bigs! Seniors will walk with their parents before the game, starting around 6:30. It is also their Pink Out game! We know it’s going to be a cool night, but join them if you can!!

A “Tell me something Good” was submitted on Eli Watts, a player on the 4th grade team.

Eli was an IB learner of the week last week. He is in the back row, wearing yellow. Mom tells me that not only was he an IB learner but, he is also an amazing big brother. He stepped up to help his younger brother when he broke his arm over the weekend.

Standing Ovation for Mr. Eli! Showing empathy and caring for someone is also one of the attributes of being an IB learner!

Angie will you please show this to Eli! Keep up the great work! We will get your treat bag to you soon!

What an amazing day for football! The weather was absolutely perfect!! We had amazing players to celebrate through our “Tell me something Good” program and we can’t forget our HOCO week winner!

Thank you to all the parents and the kiddos that helped in concessions today, you all kept us busy!! 🌭🍿🍫

For a last minute pink out rally, I would say we pulled it off nicely!! If any one took pictures to share please do!!

CALLING ALL ALFA FAMILIES! 📣

We know it’s late notice but we have had parents asking. We missed the boat this year on doing something amazing like we wanted. We are not sure how this season is flying by so fast and we missed this huge opportunity to recognize so many amazing survivors the way we would want to. So before we miss it all together, let’s do what we can and wear what we’ve got!!!

Tomorrow, our players and families are encouraged to wear pink in honor of all the Breast Cancer Survivors near and dear to you and in our community. We will have some supplies available for your player to use. It is not a requirement, but if you have something pink and want to wear it, feel free! We will try and get something on every player, if possible! If you have extra, please bring it to share. Fans are encouraged to wear Pink as well!

We will have some Lynx merchandise with a limited stock of PINK OUT from one of our ALFA sponsors, Schlueter Creations LLC for purchase at the concessions!

Thank you for dealing with our chaos!! We want to make tomorrow AmAzInG!

Hey hey hey!! We just received word of another Fun filled day of home games this up coming Sunday 10/11; starting at 10am for 3rd grade, 11:30 for 4th grade, 1pm for 5th grade and 2:30pm for 6th grade.

You know what that means!! I am pleading 🙏🏻 and begging 🐶 and asking for allllll of my AMAZING ALFA Volunteers to sign up one last time this season to work chains and spend some time with me and Mr. Concession (aka Ken Duncan 🤭). I am not sure how much fun it is to run chains, butttttt I can tell you the Concession Crew can get down!!

If you haven’t had a chance to do either this season please don’t be afraid to sign up now! Both are easy and we train you! You can choose the time slot so you don’t miss your players game. And it goes fast!

But I warn you, once you have seen the magic behind the curtain, it’s kinda addictive and you might turn into a volunteer ju**ie! (Don’t ask me how I know! 😉 )

Remember, Concessions Sales are our biggest fundraiser and keeps us from selling wrapping paper 😂 we need these opportunities!
