🌿 Clearing the Distortion

Sometimes what blocks connection isn’t absence of light — it’s accumulated noise.

Conditioning. Fear. Shame. Comparison. Survival patterns.

At Sacred Roots, we don’t shame the distortion. We gently clear it — through breath, sound, movement, truth, and compassion.

Clearing is not becoming someone new.
It is returning to your original state.

🌱 This Week’s Practice: Gentle Release

Write down one belief that feels heavy or limiting.
Read it aloud.
Then say:
“This was a protection. I release it with gratitude.”

Tear the paper or safely burn it as a symbol of release.

Sacred Roots is something we’re building together — a living space of remembrance.

A remembrance of breath, of Earth, and of who we really are beneath the noise and distractions of the world.

Jaime and I feel deeply honored to share this space with our community — offering our breath, our sound, our time, and our hearts as a way of giving back. This is our devotion, and it’s at the core of why Sacred Roots exists.

We believe healing the world begins by healing ourselves.
And we do that together — by slowing down, by breathing, by listening, and by remembering.

On March 28th, we invite you to join us on the red rocks at sunset as we gather in ceremony — connecting with the Earth, with one another, with our breath, and with the collective consciousness we all share.

Through breath and sound, we return to presence.
Through presence, we remember our higher vibration.
Through community, we remember who we are.

If you feel the call, trust it.
We would love to hold this space with you.

With love,
Chris & Jaime 🌿

Service & Sacred Giving

Sacred Roots is rooted in service—not obligation, but devotion.

We give our time, our presence, our food, and our gifts because love multiplies when shared freely. Our vision includes gardens, gatherings, and healing offerings that are accessible to all—supported by community, not hierarchy.

This is how we regenerate wholeness.

🌱 This Week’s Practice: Small Act of Service

Offer something this week—time, kindness, listening, food—without expectation.

Notice how it feels to give from fullness.

Gathering & Ceremony

Healing does not happen in isolation.
We remember ourselves in relationship.

Gathering—whether through sound baths, cacao ceremonies, drum circles, or shared meals—creates a field where hearts soften and walls dissolve.

Ceremony doesn’t need to be elaborate.
It only needs intention.

🌱 This Week’s Practice: Simple Ceremony

Light a candle.
Set an intention for connection.
Sit quietly for a few minutes.

Let the moment be enough.

On Valentine’s Day, we gathered for self-love in its most honest, embodied form. Standing at the edge of freezing water, you could feel it — the hesitation, the mind trying to negotiate, the body bracing. And still, one by one, people chose to step in.

Not to prove anything. Not to perform. But to meet themselves.

There is something incredibly powerful about watching someone breathe through that first shock of cold. To see the moment their nervous system wants to panic… and then witness them reclaim their breath. To feel the shift from resistance to presence. That is embodiment. That is nervous system regulation. That is courage.

We shared cacao. We shared breath. We shared chocolate covered strawberries. We shared space. We held each other in laughter, in shaky exhales, in quiet pride. Every person who showed up showed themselves love — the kind that isn’t always soft or pretty, but real. The kind that says, “I am here for myself,” even when it’s uncomfortable.

If you weren’t able to make it, we completely understand. Valentine’s Day is full, and life happens. There is no pressure — only invitation. We will continue to create these spaces. We will continue gathering. We will continue building this community.

We’ll be announcing our March Breathwork + Sound Journey soon. If you feel called, we would love to have you join us.

This is Sacred Roots.
This is what coming home to yourself looks like. ✨💕🙏

Earth as Teacher

The Earth does not rush.
The Earth does not force.
And yet, everything grows.

When we place our bodies on the land—bare feet on soil, hands in dirt, backs against trees—we remember our original rhythm.

Sacred Roots is deeply rooted in reconnecting with the Earth as a living, intelligent being who teaches us balance, patience, and regeneration.

🌱 This Week’s Practice: Grounding

Spend at least 5 minutes outside.
Touch the Earth.
Breathe.
Notice the textures, sounds, and smells.

Say silently:
“I belong here.”

We want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who showed up and shared space with us. What a truly beautiful ceremony. Cathedral Rock was absolutely stunning, the weather cooperated perfectly, and it genuinely felt like the heavens were open for our healing. Those who were there experienced something truly phenomenal, and we’re so grateful to have shared that energy with you.

To those who weren’t able to make it — we completely understand. Life happens, and there will be more opportunities for you to join.

We’re excited to share that we’ll be holding another event next weekend: a Self-Love Cold Plunge & Cacao Ceremony , and we’d love for you to join us if you’re able. If cold plunges aren’t your thing, no worries at all — we’ll also be hosting another Breath & Sound Journey next month. Dates will be announced soon, so stay tuned!

We truly want these gatherings to work for everyone, so we may play with different times and locations moving forward. That said, Cathedral Rock showed up in all her magic, and we’re deeply grateful for the experience we shared there.

Thank you for being part of the Sacred Roots community — whether in body, spirit, or intention. We are grateful for you cheering us on, spreading the word and for holding this work in your heart. You are appreciated ! ✨💕

02/06/2026

We look forward to sharing our hearts with you , can’t wait to see you there ✨💕🙏

🌿 Sacred Roots

Sound & Vibration

Before words, there was sound.
Before language, there was rhythm.

Sound moves through the body in ways the mind cannot. Drumming, humming, singing, bowls—these vibrations help realign us with our natural frequency.

At Sacred Roots, sound is not performance.
It is prayer.
It is medicine.
It is remembrance.

🌱 This Week’s Practice: Vocal Toning

Take a deep breath and gently hum on the exhale.
Feel the vibration in your chest, throat, or head.
Repeat a few times.

Let the sound move through you.
