People there is a wonderful sighthound mix at Pima Animal Care Center that needs your help. Here is story: He named is Cocoa and he is a 6 yr old male lurcher. His PACC number is A571301 He was surrendered to PACC because his family was moving. PACC never contacted Arizona Greyhound Rescue to inform us of his surrender. He was adopted to family with small animals and he went after the small animals. So quess what back to PACC he went. Once again PACC did not inform us he was with them. He is adopted out a second time. This time to a family with a small child. Due to parent negligence of he and the 1 yr old being alone together, he bit the child. The child was taken for medical care. There were no punture wounds nor stitches required. So back to PACC. This time on biter row with 10 day quaratine. He is due to die on Tues Jan 3.
What can you do? He needs a rescue to pull him. If you can foster please contact a rescue so they can pull him.
Please do not let him die due to people and an organization letting him down.
He is very sweet and such a love.
AGR cannot pull due to our insurance and him labelled as a biter.
Please contact Michelle Ochoaski [email protected] 520.360.9426 or call PACC 520.704.5900
He MUST be pulled through a rescue group.
