1) Saturday’s slash is still there. The motivation to be a volunteer is you can dump your slash a day early with this board. $1500 a day we are spending right there.
2) A found, blown over sign repurposed to covenant compliance. Across the street from 93 Wendy. Feel free to stop by and have your picture taken with them!
3) This board has arranged that you can go to Westcliffe and hand shovel your wood chips OR pay Wise $100 for them to use their tractor ( vs the local free one) .
4) Rumor has it that certain board member(s) hate this page and therefore local wood chips have become unavailable at 93 Wendy because of a ‘liability issue.’ Does a board member have
an issue with Vince Stoldt continuing since 2021 to volunteer to load chips for free?
Rumor has it.
The issue that wasn’t an issue with 2 tractors and trucks and trailers in there Saturday.
5) Hope to see you this Friday 6/12, 6 pm at the fire station to hear all about filing 1-16 GV water rights, past, present and if the POA were to dissolve.

There has been a lot of discussion on social media about voting to dissolve the POA. I know there’s a petition about it. I have seen various comments, positions and questions.

We have arranged for some real answers because at this time GVPOA does pay for water rights.

Next Friday, June 12 at 6 pm, we, concerned property owners, ( Not affiliated with the GV board) are sponsoring a meeting with our West Region Lead Water Commissioner Dan Henrichs. He will discuss the history of Glen Vista POA water rights, the current status and what happens to our water rights in Filings 1-16
if the POA is dissolved. If you have any concerns about Glen Vista filings 1-16 losing or having changes in water rights, this will be addressed.

**** Please note: The meeting is not in the fire station community room due to ongoing construction. •••• It is at the outside covered area at the back of the parking lot. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR. The indoor bathroom facilities will be available. It is scheduled for 6 pm to allow for people to make it after work.
You may want to bring a jacket.
