Benton County Sheriff's Office Weekly DUII Report

• 10/01/2026 - Deputies arrested Shane Antowne Callandret, 40, of Corvallis, for DUII and reckless driving.
• 10/01/2026 - Deputies arrested Rosanyeli Michelle Gomez-Quiroz, 34, of Albany, for DUII.
• 10/07/2026 - Deputies arrested Aliya Leigh Prins, 21, of Portland, for DUII.

A DUII charge includes alcohol, drugs, or both.

We remind everyone to plan ahead. Use a designated driver, rideshare, or public transportation. Do not drive impaired.

🚨 BCSO SEEKING DRIVER OF WHITE SUBARU FORESTER

Benton County Sheriff’s Office deputies are asking for the public’s help locating a rideshare driver who may have information related to a theft investigation.

After multiple vehicle break-ins across Linn and Benton Counties, 2 male suspects eluded deputies in Philomath. At approximately 1:08 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 5, they were picked up in the 1500 block of Applegate Street by what is believed to be an Uber or Lyft driver operating a 2025–2026 white Subaru Forester.

Deputies would like to speak with the driver. The driver is NOT considered a suspect and may have information that could assist with the investigation.
