The Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) is doing a community survey to assess service equity in Oregon’s I/DD service system. Service equity means that every person is treated fairly and has a chance to get services and succeed.

The survey is for Individuals who get I/DD services, and their family members and guardians. The survey is online. It will take you about 10‒15 minutes. Deadline: The survey closes on September 11.
