Hey Hey Everyone!! Next meeting will be at McGee Beach by the Emerald Beach Hotel!! Like always, Materials like buckets, gloves and grabbers are provided, but please feel free to bring whatever you would like! Waters will also be available for everyone. Oh and please be sure to wear appropriate clothing, especially shoes. The sand in different areas can be a bit softer than others, so please be careful! Can’t wait to see y’all there😋🌎♻️🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

June 8th, 2026: We had our first collab with !! This week we had gone to the Cole Park Pier and cleaned along the rocks and sand! 🪨We found toys, metal and…… a wedge sole?? 👡🫣
Thank you everyone for coming out!!! We also had the pleasure of being interviewed by KRIS 6 News’s , thank you again so much for the opportunity to get more word out there!! These clean ups really mean a lot to me, seeing people make conversation and friendships while also helping the environment!🌎🫂 Stay tuned for the next meeting post!! ♻️ And join us to clean every Monday and give this community ! For Pride Month we are happy to announce that we will be collaborating with !!🎉🏳️‍🌈 We will be meeting at Cole Park Pier at 5pm and will start around 5:30pm so don’t worry about being late! Also we may have KRIS 6 News there to film and ask questions about CleanUp Heroes and Qu**rs for Community, keep in mind we will be on camera so please be on your best behavior! 📹 See everyone soon, and Happy Pride Month!!🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🫶🏼♻️🌎

June 1st, 2026: We went to Flanagans’s Southside!! (I forgot to get a group picture 😞 We found lots of interesting things this time around!! From baby dolls and a shopping cart, to even a Kids ID from 1996!! ) Thank you everyone who came out!! Keep an eye out for our next meeting post, that one will be a special one!! Hello everyone!! Pride Month is in a few days!! As our leader, Jae, is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, it only feels right to celebrate 🙌 We are also strating a new way of sharing our cleanup meetings, on the last monday of every month, we will be deciding where we will be going for the next month!! Just to make it easier or both volunteers and our team. Thank you everyone who has supported us, we love you so very much. And remember “Equality means more than passing laws. No meeting this week! Please have a safe weekend, it’s incredibly stormy out there.
Memorial day is all about remembering those who we have lost in battle but never in our hearts. Spend this time with family and friends. And remember being a CleanUp Hero can be anywhere at anytime, not just at meeting, so if you see trash, pick it up!! 🇺🇸🌎🫶🏼

Oh and feel free to bring any binoculars or wildlife books for spotting different animals, plants etc. for learning! No meeting this week!!! I want to take this time to celebrate all the mothers around the world, and thank them for all the support and love they have given us. Whether biological, step, foster, in-law, grandmother, or just someone who has been a mother figure in your life, tell them thank you, tell them that you love them. Happy mother's day to my mom, , the woman who has helped me through tough times and had motivated me to start this group in the first place, love you mama🫶🏻
