We are delighted to announce that the Corpus Christi Hooks has nominated Big Bertha Foundation for their 50/50 Raffle. A $500 scholarship can change more than people realize. ❤️🎓

For many students, it can help pay for:
• Textbooks & access codes
• Tuition or enrollment fees
• Laptops, tablets, or printers
• Scrubs, stethoscopes, and medical supplies
• Certification or licensing exams
• Gas, transportation, or car repairs
• Dorm essentials or rent
• Interview clothes or school uniforms
• Internet service or school software
• Childcare expenses while attending school
• Art, science, or trade program materials
• Graduation fees or cap & gown costs
• Meals during the semester

This Saturday, from 12 PM to 4 PM at the Sutherlands parking lot, we invite you to come out and support Elijah DeLeon.

The Big Bertha Foundation will be serving a delicious barbecue meal—pulled pork and sausage sandwich, chips, and a drink—for $12, with all proceeds going directly toward Elijah’s medical expenses.

Elijah is a 2-month-old baby diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot and Noonan syndrome, and he will require ongoing medical care, treatments, and surgeries. Your support truly makes a difference for him and his family during this time.

The Big Bertha Foundation is proud to announce that we are now offering four (4) $500 scholarships for the 2026–2027 school year to support graduating high school seniors and college students who demonstrate financial need and a commitment to community service.

We will be selecting two (2) male students and two (2) female students for this scholarship opportunity.

This was made possible through the continued generosity of our supporters 🤍 If you would like to contribute, please visit our website or page to donate.

The ultimate requirement for eligibility is demonstrated financial need, along with a commitment to furthering their education and serving their community through volunteer involvement.
