On this 🏳️⚧️Transgender Day of Visibility, we proudly celebrate a decade of resilience, growth, and triumph with the Coastal Bend Trans Alliance Est. 2016. In conjunction with Corpus Christi LGBT, Pride Corpus Christi, The Mosaic Project, Strengthening Wellness, PLLC, Texas Riviera Empire, and the Trans Justice Funding Project, we honor ten years of advocacy, visibility, and love for our transgender community.
For ten years, we have remained committed to peer-based support, creating spaces rooted in care, dignity, and empowerment for our trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse community to not just exist, but thrive.
The journey hasn’t always been easy. There have been challenges along the way that tested our resolve, but we have remained grounded in our mission, uplifted by the passion of our volunteers, allies, and facilitators. This milestone is a testament to the strength of community and the power of showing up for one another.
A heartfelt thank you to all our community organizations, supporters, volunteers, family, friends, and allies. We are truly humbled by your continued support throughout the years.
As we look ahead to the next ten years, we do so with hope for continued growth, deeper understanding, and a future where acceptance is not the exception, but the standard.
We see you. We hear you. And we’re not going anywhere. We will continue showing up, creating space, and advocating for a world where you can live fully and authentically, without barriers.
