🐾🐾 RESCUE FRIENDS🐾🐾

OK, I have a serious question. I am wondering if anyone has ever worked with Help Rescue Ark? They are a rescue out of Arkansas.

If any of my fellow rescue friends are wanting to know why I am asking please feel free to message me. Otherwise, I am just interested in hearing how the experience was working with that rescue. It would also be extremely beneficial if I could hear from some people who have adopted from them.

My Port pack.. Everyone who would eat it got a flea pill this time. The little ones are females, they look like puppies but they have had litter after litter 😭 The dog on the bottom right is my Agnes dog, the one I posted about being finally able to touch.. he traveled further than usual 😳

If anyone would like to help with meds it would be greatly appreciated. I used an entire box of nexgard for these babies 🥺

🐾🐾 Situation I could use some help/advice🐾🐾

I have been helping an elderly woman with her dog for some time now, I got the dog fixed, I make sure she has flea meds every month, I recently started hw treatment for her dog.. I've known about her situation for some time now, I figured she had managed this long so she would be fine right? Well, I was wrong. I just found out that she was in the hospital. It is getting really, really hot outside. This woman doesn't have any power, water or gas at her home.. I've been bringing her bottles of ice to help keep her food as cold as possible so it doesn't spoil for a while but there has to be more that can be done to help keep her and her dog cool for the rest of the summer. And I am barely making it by as it is so I'm really at my limit even taking care of her dog.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do to help keep them cool when she doesn't have any electricity? She is a very proud Asian woman. She won't directly ask for help. She will gladly accept my help for her dog but I have to force her to let me help her with things she needs. I just give her things instead of asking her what she needs because she will just tell me she knows I'm too busy or whatever. She doesn't have any family left in this country.

If anyone would be willing to help not only would you be a blessing to her and her dog but you will be blessed as well. She will always feed her dog before she feeds herself. If you were to see her dog you wouldn't know she's living in the situation she is. There are people who re-home their animals for way less. Hopefully we can show her there are people who care in the world still, I can't do it alone anymore..

At PAAC with Hemi! Y'all remember that dog Nova I posted about yeah? Well, Hemi is Nova's brother 🐕🐶 Hemi is getting fixed today and unfortunately I'm not sure how much it's going to cost because I thought I qualified for the free thing they were doing 🤦 He needs a heartworm test as well and that's extra 🥺

If anyone would like to donate towards Hemi's appointment this morning that would be amazing. I'm hoping they will let me pay at pick up 😭

This beautiful girl is Nova 🐶 She was also fixed yesterday with Mia. Super sweet girl. Nova was abandoned by some pretty heartless people. She was left behind when her family moved out. Luckily, the sweetest woman, despite going through her own struggles decided to take Nova in 💜 She reached out to me and of course, I promised to do whatever I could to help. Nova didn't get as lucky as Mia did though, Nova is heartworm POSITIVE 😭

I am able to start her on doxycycline but I need help to get the rest of the supplies I need to start slowing down the process a bit and get her strong enough to hopefully get treatment. Id like to start her on Advantage Multi but I have so many dogs I'm helping right now 🥺

The dog that Nova is with in the picture, his name is Hemi and he has an appointment at paac I set up for the 13th. I found out that my zip code doesn't qualify for it to be free and I already paid the deposit. So, if anyone would like to donate towards helping with these babies that would be amazing 🥰💜

Mia, the little love bug that was going to be abandoned got fixed yesterday 💜 The best news she's heartworm NEGATIVE!!! Yay Mia!!!

I'm thinking they cleaned her ears so this is the look she gave me after I asked her to stop scratching her ears for the 50th time lol. She is doing very well but I could really use some help until I can find a good home for her. Mia still needs a little extra TLC and unfortunately, as alot of you know, the radiator in my car recently exploded while I was out feeding my strays so it's increasingly hard to be able to provide for Mia, my other dogs and my strays.

Letting people down sucks, I hate it but letting animals down is even worse. I have still been taking care of my strays even though my car isnt working, I've still been offering to go help anyone in need .. I can't just stop because if I do then it can become a battle between life and death and I can't have that happen.

If you would like to contribute to helping me continue to care for Mia and/or any of my other dogs/strays that would be a true blessing 🥰🐾
