A few notes about Wednesday night league.
-$15 per week, you can pay in full or weekly
-please try to arrive early so we start promptly at 6:00. There will be warm up butts to practice on.
-there will be 3 shooting lines(10 people per line)
A.40 yards
B.40 yards
C.30 yards
A line will line up at blue stakes 1-10. They will shoot 2 arrows,(targets 1 and 11, 2 and 12, 3 and 13, and so on.) then B line, then C line. Once all lines have shot you score and pull. When you return to the line you will move to the next number stake. Then the shooting order will B,C,A.
-A and B will shoot from blue stakes, C will shoot from red stakes.
-each stake should have someone from A,B, and C . You will stay in that group through all 10 shooting stakes. Designate one of those 3 as your score keeper, and one as the caller.
- when you get up to the line, no shooting until given the go ahead, and no leaving the line until given the order to pull your arrows.
-if you miss a target, unless you see your arrow from the target leave it until we’re done. Don’t hold up the entire group looking for your arrow.
- the turnout is more than I expected, we will have 30 shooters which is great but with this many please stay safe.
- this format is sort of a hybrid of indoor and outdoor 3D, a lot of you are familiar, but a lot aren’t. Those of you that are don’t be afraid to help those that aren’t.
-and lastly, if you’re willing to help move targets each week please message me with your phone number. Will need 2 helpers per week. Would like to get enough volunteers so the same two aren’t helping each week.

Big news! We have secured gift certificates from Lancaster archery, Barrets bowhunting, Ram Archery, and Steuben sporting goods! We will be giving out one every we’d night until gone. We have enough archers for our we’d night league to go Ahead with the saddle give away as long as everyone makes 6 weeks. We’re currently have 6 spots left on one of our 40 yard lines and 4 spots left on our 30 yard line.

🏆 Congratulations to Our Shooters at the Lodi Rod & Gun Club 2nd Annual Buckle Shoot! 🏆

Several members of Corning Fish & Game Club traveled to Lodi Rod & Gun Club this past Sunday to compete in their 2nd Annual Buckle Shoot. It was a great day filled with friendly competition, excellent sportsmanship, and beautiful weather on the trap field.

A special congratulations goes to Gavin Wilson, who earned 🥇 1st Place in the Junior Division! Outstanding shooting, Gavin—we’re proud of your hard work and dedication!

It was also great to see so many of our members representing the club, supporting one another, and enjoying a day of trapshooting together. Thank you to Lodi Rod & Gun Club for hosting another excellent event and to all of the volunteers who made the shoot possible.

Congratulations to all of the winners, and thank you to everyone who represented Corning Fish & Game Club with great sportsmanship.
