From herding cats with 4-year-olds to preparing elite teams for national events, coaching lacrosse offers a full spectrum of rewards. It's about finding a place for every player to develop and grow.

Lacrosse is one of the best youth sports out there! It's engaging, action-packed, and keeps kids constantly involved. Unlike sports with a lot of downtime, lacrosse offers non-stop excitement, making it fun for players and parents alike. The constant goals and fast pace are incredibly appealing.

For 25 years, I've traded the 9-to-5 for coaching in the Lake Norman lacrosse community. It's a blend of everything – from teaching 4-year-olds the basics to preparing elite teams for national events. Every day is different, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

After a partnership with a national brand didn't quite fit, the focus shifted back to what the community truly needed, leading to the exciting launch of Premier Carolina Lacrosse.
