Shout out to the homeowners that have stepped up to be on the committees for our HOA.
The committees that are being formed are needed to meet FL State Statute 720 which regulates FL Homeowners Associations.

The Committees are as follows:
 1) Architectural Review Committee

2) CC&R/By-Laws updating committee

3) Violations Committee

The board encourages every owner(s) to participate in our Nonprofit Corporation. We all have a say and we are all equally invested.

PSA: Lock up those vehicles neighbors!!! There’s a rise in the area of doors opened and items stolen.

At the Board Meeting 9/14/23, the Board showed pictures of the wall.
They also advised that all the work that has been done in the common area was not permitted or meets the regulations. The City will not issues any permits until we bring everything in compliance.
Trident Management is the new property mgmt company. Everything will be on line and accessible to all members from 2017 forward.
