Fiesta @ the Park is created by the non-profit organization Gables Hispanic Cultural Foundation, Inc. This lively event is held every first Friday of the month, from November to May. A night filled with food, drinks, music, art and entertainment for the whole family in the beautiful City of Coral Gables. This event is held to raise funds for the non-profit organization, the Gables Hispanic Cultura

l Foundation, Inc. which is responsible for the organization of the annual Coral Gables Hispanic Cultural Festival. The Festival celebrates with local and international artists to celebrate Hispanic Heritage, the arts and cultures from around the world. We help artists, and business promote their work and celebrate the cultural diversity in South Florida.
