Eight years ago this week, I got the call that changed everything.

I won’t pretend that day wasn’t hard — because it was. But looking back now, I’m struck by everything that has happened since. Eight years of showing up for the people I love, and letting them show up for me.
Eight years of rebuilding and reinventing.
Eight years that seem like yesterday and a million years ago at the same time.

I’ve learned so much from the people who have come into my life—the community that caught me, the friends who became family, and this incredible Pack that reminds me every day that no one needs to go through this alone.

So here’s to eight years.
To the good days and the less good days.
To showing up bald and unbothered.
To gratitude that only gets deeper with time.

Thank you to everyone who’s walked this with me — my family, my friends, and those who watch from above. 💗

🩷💙💚❤️ Did you know? 305 Pink Pack is much more than pink.

We’ve always worked with women with all types of cancers. In 2027, services will also be available to all men.

This year we ran a pilot program with Baptist Health Cancer Care to determine if the same services would benefit men. Turns out that when you are focused on supporting families facing a cancer diagnosis, the essential needs are the same for all.

Your support provides:
🚗 Transportation for cancer related appointments
👶 Child care support
🛒 Grocery Assisrance
🧘‍♀️ Self-care Services

These services help reduce stress and financial burdens, so our families can focus on their care and loved ones.

It’s recommended to limit red meat (like beef, lamb, and pork) to 12–18 ounces per week. 🌴

In Miami, it’s easy to mix things up with lighter, flavorful protein options inspired by coastal and tropical cuisine. Try swapping in grilled chicken, fresh fish, tofu, or beans throughout the week. 🐟🍗

To add color and flavor, pair meals with roasted bell peppers or sweet pineapple. 🍍 Pineapple also contains bromelain, a natural enzyme that may support digestion while adding a bright, tropical touch to your plate.
