What a week! Local #174 was proud to send 12 delegates to the UA Convention last week to help chart our course for the next five years. Collectively these 4000+ delegates represent over 400k piping professionals across the US and Canada. Our Business Manager Ryan Bennett was honored to be appointed to the resolutions committee and address the delegation. Delegate and Michigan Pipe Trades Association organizer Johnny Ortiz got to put his ring announcing experience to introduce General President Mark McManus following his reelection. He absolutely killed it! We return home ready to get to work to grow marketshare and membership
