Lulac Faulkner County #773 was founded by a handful of students from Central Baptist College, University of Central Arkansas and Hendrix College. As a council our mission is to help more Latino students be able to afford to go to college through our National Scholarship Fund. We also seek to be a resource to the community by providing workshops to both parents and students so that they can have th

e tools they need to succeed. We are always seeking community members, businesses and any other type of group to help us with our mission.
