The rumors are true and we are so sad to officially report, GEAR UP Ohio is no longer able to continue.

With that being said, let me remind you all. We are so proud of you.

You ALL can still do this. You can STILL go to college, you can STILL write an amazing resume, you can STILL receive amazing scholarships, you can STILL apply for tech and trade schools, you can STILL find your dream job. We are STILL here for you!!

Do not give up, if you need to know where you can find resources and support please reach out to us or your ACCESS advisor. Help is still here for you.

Today was a great day! We visited Mercyhurst University. We were able to get a full tour of campus, an admissions presentation, hear from a student panel on their experiences at the university, catch up with GEAR UP alumni, and just remind ourselves of why GEAR UP works. Thank you Mercyhurst and thank you GU Ohio.
