True North Softball (Formerly Wow Factor Carolinas) is holding tryouts and we would love to meet you! We’re more than just a team. This organization has developed into a family, with players who support each other on and off the field, coaches who show up for their players on and off the field, and people who enjoy being around each other at tournaments, practices and events. We are looking for athletes and families who will fit that dynamic. Based out of the Concord area, we have a dedicated indoor facility for year round practice along with regular field practices. We offer access to batting cages for all True North players to use beyond the regular practice schedule.

As we head into the summer softball season, it’s important to remember that growth doesn’t stop when practice ends. The athletes who separate themselves from the rest are the ones willing to put in the extra work when nobody is watching.

Extra reps. Extra swings. Extra throws. Extra conditioning.
The hard work done outside of scheduled practices is what builds confidence, consistency, and toughness when game day comes.

Talent will always help, but effort, preparation, and commitment are what truly set athletes apart. Tomorrow belongs to the athletes who prepare for it today. 🥎💪🔥
