🥎THE FIRST ONE IS IN THE BOOKS. 🥎

Today marked the first tournament in True North Softball history for our 12U team — and the beginning of something we are incredibly excited to build.

Our True North 12U girls finished pool play 1-1, earned a spot in the Gold Bracket, and ended the day 1-2 overall with a third-place finish in the bracket.

It may not have ended exactly how we hoped, but history was still made today.

The first pitch.
The first hit.
The first win.
The first time a True North 12U team stepped onto the field representing this program.

Every program has a beginning, and today was ours. 💜🖤

We are proud of these girls, proud of this team, and excited for everything still ahead.

This is only the beginning.

Two pool games to start the day, then it’s time to battle through bracket play. Bring the energy, trust your teammates, and play True North softball from the first pitch to the last.

It’s Monday, backpacks are coming back out, alarms are getting set a little earlier, and a new school year is getting underway!
