NHNG Leadership fails again as they deny the facts stating: "...negative narrative on us is completely unfounded..." after a 2-year CNN report uncovers failed Leadership leading to Sexual Harassment of females. MG David Mikoliaties then reported, "He rejected claims that he could have done more to protect female soldiers, some of whom told CNN that they feared a culture of retaliation." It is time to REMOVE or RETIRE NHNG Leadership.

New Hampshire Adjutant General David Mikolaities said concerns about a culture of sexual harassment and retaliation within the National Guard are unfounded.

We need to shed light on the troubling issue of sexual assault within the New Hampshire National Guard. It's crucial to recognize that leaders who ignore red flags and fail to address concerning behaviors contribute to a culture that puts Soldiers at risk, even if they are not directly involved in misconduct.

We must hold all leaders accountable and advocate for a safer environment for everyone. Awareness is just the beginning—let’s work together for real change.

Resign or Be Removed!

We are dedicated to raising awareness about the serious misconduct within the New Hampshire National Guard under the leadership of MG David Mikoliaties, who has served as The Adjutant General since 2017. During his tenure, the state’s National Guard has faced significant issues, including rampant sexual assault and harassment, decreased morale, low retention rates, and critical leadership failures.

It’s time for change. We believe MG Mikoliaties must resign to make way for new leadership that can rebuild and restore the integrity of the NH National Guard.
