Hello EAST SUN TERRACE NEIGHBORS!
As you know Brookfield Properties is the new Master Developer for the Naval Weapons Station. It the largest project of its kind and is literally at our doorstep. While most of the general plans have already been adopted – some of you attended those early meetings a decades ago, Brookfield and the City of Concord are looking for East Sun Terrace neighbors to participate in some additional community outreach. If you are interested in representing our community and getting to know a little more about the project, please send us a message.
