We strive to build skills & resources, so that young people have a voice and choice in the life they desire. YEAH Council is a youth-driven and directed group of individuals with disabilities and/or special health care needs. They were created as a result of the passage of the Stephen Beck Jr., Achieving a Better Life Experience Act of 2014, better known as the ABLE Act.
