She is such an amazing representation of the hard work NH teachers do every day to build amazing programs for our scholars. Our 2027 New Hampshire Teacher of the Year Christa Powers will be presenting at the Association of Teachers of Mathematics in New England conference in October! The sessions look amazing if you want to make the trip. Fun Fact - the 2027 Rhode Island Teacher of the Year is also a High School Math teacher! Christa's session: Wired, Fired and Framed About Math, will empower schools to integrate and embed practical math into programs at your school.
