Today, Team BLUFOR honors the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. Their courage, selflessness, and dedication will never be forgotten.

Memorial Day is often confused with Veterans Day, but they are not the same. Veterans Day honors all who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces, while Memorial Day is specifically a day of remembrance for those who gave their lives in service to our country.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember, reflect, and honor the fallen. Their sacrifice is the foundation of the freedoms we enjoy today.

Armed Forces Day falls on the third Saturday of May every year, and it is the one day on the American calendar specifically set aside to honor the men and women currently serving in uniform.

To every service member standing the watch, carrying the mission, and serving something greater than themselves — we see you, we appreciate you, and we thank you for your continued dedication to this country.
